Judges for the Gaming & Technology Awards were: Robert Russell, editor of the Michigan Gaming Law Newsletter, and principal with Regulatory Management Counselors; James Wortman, Director, Gaming Education and Research Institute, Conrad Hilton College at the University of Houston; Charles Lombardo, slot consultant and former senior vice president of slot operations for Seminole Gaming and Caesars Palace; and Claudia Winkler, president, GHI Solutions Inc. in Las Vegas. Nominees for the award were evaluated during the Global Gaming
Expo (G2E) on November 13-15, 2007 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
